Welcome to Damson Class.

Our class teacher is Mr Senft, supported by Mrs Senft, Miss Tullet and Ms Mitsi

Physical Education (PE)

Our PE days for Damson are Tuesday and Thursday. Some children will also be joining their mainstream classes for PE. Again, this is on an individualised basis. 

Your child needs to come into school wearing their PE kit, which consists of a plain T-shirt, plain joggers/shorts and a plain jumper. Trainers are also allowed. Your child will stay in their PE kit for the whole day.  

Homework

Homework will be set every Monday, and will consist of a set of spellings on Spelling Shed, and pick and mix tasks from their homework books. 

Reading and Reading Records

We expect your child to read every day. Your child's reading record must be brought in on Monday's and Thursday's to be checked and signed. Reading is such an important part of your child's development, so please prioritise this task. 

Our Class Rewards

We have many rewards in Damson, which consist of:

Class Dojo points (based on the children's behaviour and effort throughout the day), certificates every Friday with the star of the week getting a prize from the prize box.
