Today, the Eco Warriors helped Mr Duffin begin to plant our new hedge on the field. They worked very hard and the plants were ready to be nurtured. Well done Eco Warriors, we’re making small steps to becoming a more sustainable school 🪴 🌳
The FoP are pleased to announce we will be holding our annual Grandparents Tea Party on Friday 2nd February. We look forward to seeing the Grandparents for a cup of tea and a slice of cake whilst enjoying some entertainment from the children.
Some of the children from Maple class had a fantastic opportunity to take part a SEN curling competition at Coopers School today. All the children did very well and we managed to get to the quarterfinals. Well done Maple class!
Boys Football Team
On Tuesday afternoon, the boys team played in a cup match against St Mary’s. The game was even throughout and went to a tense penalty shootout. We held our nerve and progressed to the next round.
Parents and carers were invited into school for lunch today (Wednesday, 7th June).

King Charles III Coronation Celebrations, Friday, 5th May 2023
On Friday, 5th May, we celebrated the upcoming Coronation of King Charles III by having a coronation concert followed by a coronation picnic. We were very lucky with the weather on the day and the children looked wonderful all dressed in red, white and blue.
Willow, Walnut and Ash classes have been to ROMSHED Farm this week and have had a wonderful time meeting all the farm animals.

On Saturday 22nd April children and parents took part in the London Mini Marathon. Running the final mile of the London marathon the children ran past Buckingham Palace and crossed the finishing line on the Mall.
The sun was out and which made the run even better.
