Testimonials

  • I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the marvellous assembly this morning. It was glorious, please let the staff and children know how much it was enjoyed and appreciated. What a great selection of music, dance and songs. How the staff manage to teach recorders to whole classes and achieve such a high standard is, on its own fantastic!

  • I would like to thank you and the staff for all the support you have given me over the last few years. I have enjoyed working at Poverest. I have loved the way that the children are taught and cared for, their social and emotional welfare being supported alongside their education. Thank you for the opportunities that you have given to help me grow and develop as a teacher.

  • Good Morning I just wanted to send a quick email to say how pleased we are with XX's teacher. Miss Shaw is XX's Year 1 teacher and we are so pleased with how she is getting on. XX is happy to come to school each day and excited to talk about all the things she has learnt every day when she comes home. She is such a curious girl and loves to learn new facts and her day is filled with activities to keep her mind active. It’s not often you find a teacher who not only pushes children academically to achieve their full potential but does so in such a lovely nurturing way. She embraces XX’s individuality and encourages this whilst also ensuring she is learning and on task. This makes such a difference to children’s self esteem at such a young age. XX is flourishing and hitting all her targets and beyond and is happy.

  • Hear! Hear! It was a fabulous concert, all the children ( and staff) looked great and the singing was amazing too.You and the children all worked so hard to make the concert so enjoyable. Unfortunately I couldn't stay for the picnic but I was so glad the rain held off for you all! A day for us all to remember. Thank you!
